The Jasmine Programme

The Jasmine Programme is a holistic empowerment programme delivered by Aanchal Women’s Aid, designed to support women on their journey toward healing, independence, and renewed confidence.

Rooted in a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach, the programme creates a safe and welcoming space for women from all backgrounds to rebuild their lives at their own pace.

Empowering you

The programme runs over several weeks in a structured yet flexible format, bringing together small groups of women who move through the journey collectively. This group-based approach fosters a strong sense of community, trust, and shared understanding, helping participants feel less isolated and more supported.

It aims to help women rediscover their strengths, build meaningful connections, and develop the tools and confidence needed to move forward into a safer, more independent future.

Empowering growth and confidence

Sessions are facilitated by experienced  support workers, therapists, and life coaches, who bring a range of skills and expertise to support each woman’s personal development. Together, they guide participants through a range of themes, including:

  • Building confidence and self-esteem

  • Understanding healthy relationships and boundaries

  • Emotional wellbeing and coping strategies

  • Practical life skills, including accessing services, education, or employment

  • Financial awareness and independence

Each session includes guided discussions, interactive activities, and reflective exercises, all delivered in a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Women are encouraged to share their experiences if they feel comfortable, but there is no pressure; everyone’s journey is respected.

Follow-up sessions, gentle catch-ups, and reflective group events provide ongoing opportunities for connection, encouragement, and personal growth. These continued touchpoints help participants reconnect, reflect on their progress, and maintain the supportive relationships built during the programme.
